Accounting Analyst: Bank Mutual is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to prepare required management, regulatory and analysis reports as well as reconcile and troubleshoot Fiserv Reports to the general ledger. Other responsibilities include assisting and consulting with regional back offices to resolve various balancing issues and perform and document Sarbanes-Oxley tests on a monthly basis. Qualifications include an Associates degree in Accounting, plus three or more years of proven related experience in banking. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Fiserv general ledger and mortgage loan system is also required.

Investment Real Estate Loan Administrator: This individual will be responsible for coordinating the preparation, collection and review of documentation for processing and closing investment real estate loans including flood and environmental reports, title reports and appraisal assignments. The individual will also prepare all internal requirements for loan closings, as well as, coordinating all loan post-closing functions, including auditing and reviewing each loan after closing. Also included in the responsibilities will be the monitoring of construction draws, disbursements and Loans in Process accounting and balancing. Also required is proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
